VANESSA RAMIREZ is a Junior Associate at The Raben Group's Los Angeles office. Prior to joining The Raben Group, Vanessa participated in a nine month public policy fellowship with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI).

During her term as a fellow she worked in the office of the Honorable Joe Baca (CA-43), Chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC). Within the office, Vanessa carried legislation that addressed Latino and Native American issues. Aside from Latino and Native American legislation, she also provided research and policy support in areas affecting Corporate America diversity, education, veteran affairs and other minority-related issues.

Under The Raben Group, Vanessa serves as a Junior Associate for the LATINStrategies practice group. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Sociology and double minors in Education and Public Policy. Vanessa is originally from Fontana, California located in San Bernardino County.
