GRACE CHANG is a Junior Associate at The Raben Group’s west coast office in Los Angeles, California, where she offers clients a wide range of communication services and research assistance.

Prior to joining The Raben Group, Ms. Chang covered campus life and diversity issues for The Wellesley News, where she served as the features editor for more than two years.  In 2006, she participated in the Korean American Coalition internship program, in which she conducted bilingual voter outreach and arranged a panel on the immigrant experience. She simultaneously served as the chief-of-staff intern to Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. Among other projects during her tenure at the mayor’s office, she created an evaluative performance survey on the protocol for fielding all constituent-related service calls. After conducting the survey in five other metropolitan cities, she drafted her findings in a memo with specific recommendations on improving the city’s communications and use of information technology.

Ms. Chang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Wellesley College. Upon graduation, she returned to her roots in Southern California where she now lives with her family.
