CYNTHIA GUTIERREZ is a Junior Associate at The Raben Group's Los Angeles office. Prior to joining The Raben Group, Cynthia was a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Public Policy Fellow.

As a legislative fellow, she worked for the Honorable Congresswoman Hilda L. Solis (CA-32) where she provided political and policy research on a variety of issues such as health, health care, education, and issues of particular importance to the Latino community such as immigration, disparities in the health care system, and mental health services provided to juveniles in detention centers. In addition, she worked for Sodexho in Washington, D.C. in their Government Affairs Department researching policy issues relevant to company’s success.

Cynthia serves as Junior Associate for the LATINStrategies practice group. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine in Psychology and Chicano/Latino Studies. Ms. Gutierrez is from Lynwood, California in Los Angeles County.
