Haley Griffin’s clients include Just Detention International and Horizons for Homeless Children.
With state and national experience in legislative affairs and public policy, Haley Griffin works with our clients to develop long- and short-term strategies to help them meet their policy and advocacy goals. She also leads the firm’s efforts on strategic planning, helping non-profits define organizational success and make decisions about resource allocation and tactics that support their mission and promote their advocacy agenda.
Prior to joining The Raben Group, Haley worked at Albers and Company, a state-level government relations and consulting firm, where she was responsible for overseeing legislative and regulatory projects for clients in multiple states, managing client relationships with state leadership associations and legislators, and crafting issue papers.
In 2004 Haley served on the National Governors' Association Task Force on Homeland Security. She also helped establish the Democratic Lieutenant Governors' Association, where she developed and managed the Corporate Fellows Program and served as the primary contact for Lieutenant Governors and their staffs. As corporate liaison, Haley assisted with development and fundraising for the association and managed the corporate program, including monthly roundtables and the annual policy meeting.
Raised in Washington, DC, Haley received a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, where she focused on social welfare policy. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Economy from Tulane University.
