Planning and managing logistics for several convenings and meetings in the U.S. and abroad
Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, taking notes, managing reimbursement requests, and expense tracking
Serving as the primary connection to the program for participants, creating a positive and comprehensive experience overall
Providing timely communications to participants regarding logistics, upcoming opportunities, and more
Assisting in the administration of special projects, including regional workshops, program alumni engagement activities, and materials production
Various projects, as assigned
